Thanks Mark. Your comment on an older post made me re-read it... will you believe I STOPPED again! The P90 was not working out timewise for now (excuses!) and the EFT... STILL NOT DONE.

He Jess...hoe gaat ie? Het is intussen in ene stil op je blog. Met bovenstaande verhaal kan ik niet veel. Chocolade laat ik zo staan en gesprekken met dit soort dames...not for me.
Dus van mij ff geen reactie, of toch wel bij deze :-)

natuurlijk herken ik zaken uit dit verhaal...helaas wel ja..haha...maar soms denk ik dan maar. That's me, jammer pindakaas, daar moet ik het gewoon mee doen....maar ja, wie ben ik?

I am with Nadia on the chocolate thing. Why do you have to give it up... moderation is the key (look whose talking!).

Oh jess, zooo herkenbaar. Ook het 'sorry for yourself' part. Ik ga met je meedoen, hoewel het EFT verhaal me een beetje ingewikkeld lijkt en ik zeker geen chocolade ga laten staan. Ik kreeg vorige week het dringende advies toch echt in het NU te leven en niet te blijven hangen in het verleden of te piekeren over de toekomst. Hoe cliche maar hoe waar. En easier said than done. Afleiding en actie dan maar, het helpt wel!

I've found Wayne Dyer's podcasts to be extremely beneficial in changing the circumstances of my life (again) to those in which I feel completely powerful, rather than powerless. If you have iTunes, look for "The Power of Intention" or "Audio Collection." For three weeks, I had him on in the car, at home, while I worked out, while I wrote... and I listened to him over and over so it could all sink in. I relate to what you wrote here - and I was in your very shoes back in January. He pulled me to a higher plane, and I've never felt healthier or more powerful.

Of course, it's just my opinion. Do what feels right in your heart. And of course, know that you have supporters around the world rooting for you!

Hi Jessica,

Don't underestimate the healing powers of chocolate. So you can be consistent and buff but by all means do not give up the chocolate! It is good for you...at least that is what they say. Now normally, I do not care what "they" say but when it comes to chocolate, I make an exception! :)
