I LOVE reading about other people's risky points in life, the cross roads where you choose the less obvious way to go.

I have a yoga bag from LuluLemon and on it is has all these quotes and sayings and one of them is "do something that scares you, every day". A little over the top (every day?) but cute nonetheless.

The biggest risk was to read it and to have to tell my big risks :-)
What a beautiful biography...it's all you.

My biggest risks...pieuw...Part 1:
- say goodbye to my nice job in advertising (sounds like a broken record) and say goodbye to my best collegae ever (Jess) and folllow my husband to Dubai for 2 years. -> what a great time we had
- To start my own advertising agency in the crisis just after 9/11 ....I survived...and hopefully we also survive this crisis.
- To follow my crazy brother in an offpiste skitrip, got lost and after skiing for hours and hours in nowhereland...found a little village in the dark -> we survived and have a great story now
- just bought a second home in the middle of this crisis (for my mother in law) -> and now we have a fulltime babysit in te area :-)

Conclusion, so far I never had regrets. Or did I just forget the ones I regreted?

There must be so many more but I need more time to think. So maybe there will be a part 2.

Hi Jessica,

I love your "about" page. I had a mid-life crisis when I was 25 so I know the feeling. The biggest risk I took was that I decided to take a break from being a lawyer so that I could go travel and then live in India for six months. Some of my family and friends thought I had lost my mind. I thought so too but felt the need to just be free. I had no idea who I was and it really bothered me. I was disowned by some family members and lost some friends. It was the best decision in my life.

I got married along a way to a man from Poland. I eventually came back here to the States and bunch of other things happened which are too much mention.

I now work as a lawyer but I am working on making a career switch. I love my life and it all started when I decided to go travel and live in India. Sometimes the rewards we are looking for come from the risks that we take. Plus...life is short...so we have to have fun and take chances. So yay for risks! :)
